Anfesa's is now five times the size and able to offer five times the selection....a loose diamond inventory that is unbelievable, newly added brands such as Tacori, Scott Kay, Pandora, Gregorio and a must see new giftware department. Also, joining our facility, we are fortunate to have Garner's newest state-of-art Alossi Renewal Spa. Anfesa's is truly the largest bridal destination store in the triangle area.
